Downtown Blowing Rock has great options! Bistro Roca is Lindsey's favorite place in downtown with a quaint bar and delicious food and wine (make sure you try the Zucchini fries)! Speckled Trout and Six Pence pub are also two favorites, as well as Town Tavern. All three have outside seating options. We have not yet tried the restaurant at the Embers Hotel but have heard it is great. For more fine dining, The Best Cellar at The Inn at Ragged Garden never disappoints. The food and atmosphere are mountain picture perfect. Timberlake's at Chetola is a delicious meal on a beautiful resort property. Twigs located off of Highway 321 is also a lovely meal and a short drive with plenty of parking. For breakfast, the new Social on Main is very tasty but a bit pricey for breakfast. Camp Coffee Roasters is our coffee preference and they also have some pastries and breakfast sandwiches. More options down the mountain in Boone, which is about a 20-25 minute drive.

Jane and Bruce will be staying at an Airbnb just off of Main Street downtown.

If I had to guess he will be hanging with Jane and Bruce until Friday. Then he and I will be moving to the Embers for the wedding weekend!
